2. Prices will be established by THE HALL TREE
*3. The consignor will receive forty percent (40%) of the sale price after the article is sold. Consignors may collect for articles sold by coming to THE HALL TREE - Monday through Saturday 10 AM to 5 PM.
4. Consignments are accepted Monday through Friday 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Sometimes extreme conditions make it necessary for us to stop accepting consignments for one or two days in order to get caught up. Please call ahead to be sure the consignments will be taken that day.
5. Seasonal schedule: SPRING and SUMMER - January through July; FALL and WINTER - August through December.
*6. The consignor will pay an annual fee of twenty dollars ($20.00).
7. Articles accepted will be placed on sale for a total of forty-two (42) days. The schedule for automatic price reduction is as follows:
a. The initial price will be held for fourteen (14) days.
b. After 14 days, an article may be reduced by thirty percent (30%) of the initial price.
c. After twenty-eight (28) days an article may be reduced to fifty percent (50%) of the initial price for seven (7) days, and seven more days at seventy-five percent (75%) off.
d. After forty-two (42) days, unsold articles will be donated to charity.
8. An unsold article may be reclaimed by personally locating it in THE HALL TREE. and signing a removal ticket at the front counter.
9. For items donated to charity, the consignor may request a statement indicating: (1) the total estimated value of the items donated, (2) the name of the charitable agency.
10. Although good care will be taken of articles consigned with THE HALL TREE, everything is left at the owner's risk, THE HALL TREE is not responsible for loss due to fire, theft or damages.
